On Friday, Feb 7, 2025, after Muslims’ holy Jumu’ah prayer, Muslim Extremists under the leadership of the Secretary of the Chandina municipality branch of Hefazat-e-Islam,  brought out a procession to stop the anniversary celebration of ISKCON and the temple’s foundation preparation work in Chandina upazilla municipality (“Pourasabha” in Bangla) in Cumilla district, Bangladesh.

The terrorists shouted slogans calling for the killing of Hindu religious minorities and ISKCON members with approval from the local Police administration. They shouted: “Grab and slaughter ISKCON devotees one by one”.  They shouted to demolish ISKCON’s places and wipe out the existence of ISKCON. Note that Islamists in Bangladesh are using “ISKCON” as a synonym to Hindus in Muhammad Yunus ruled Bangladesh. Watch the 22-minutes long video on YouTube for details.

As shown in the 22-minutes long YouTube video, the Secretary of Hefazat-e-Islam  thanked the local administration and the OC (Officer-In-Charge) of Chandina police station for allowing them to hold this hate speech procession. The video shows that the secretary delivered his hate speech at the gate of the police station. He also thanked Hazrat Maulana Sadek Mahmud Binnuri (spelling of name transcribed from his speech), the Grand Mufti of Ulama-e-Deoband Oikya Parishad “Motua” (spelling review needed for “Motua”) board and Senior Vice President of Hefazat-e-Islam, Chandina Pourashava Branch.
