On Tuesday, October 23, 2025, terrorists attacked Mr. Bipul Mitra, the principal of Jujkhola Sammilit Bahumukhi High school in Pirojpur, and broke both his legs and right hand.\u00a0<\/span>The attack took place around 5 pm in the Jharjhariatala area of \u200b\u200bthe Pirojpur-Nazirpur road, Pirojpur district in Bangladesh. It can be noted that the attackers are Muslims by religion and the brutally injured victim Bipul Mitra is a Hindu, a religious minority in Bangladesh.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Headmaster (Principal) Bipul Mitra was returning to Pirojpur town on a motorcycle after the school day. On the way, masked terrorists attacked Bipul Mitra. Assistant teacher Asim Kumar, who was with him, was also beaten and injured.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Assistant teacher Asim Kumar said, “On Tuesday afternoon around 5 pm after school, I was returning to Pirojpur town on Headmaster Bipul’s motorcycle with him. On the way, when we reached the Jharjhariatala area on the Pirojpur-Nazirpur road, 7-8 terrorists popped up on motorcycles and blocked our way. They beat Bipul Mitra indiscriminately and at one point broke both his legs and right arm. I was also injured at that time.”\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Locals rescued him and admitted him to Pirojpur Sadar Hospital. From there, Bipul Mitra was sent to Dhaka Orthopedic Hospital in critical condition.\u00a0<\/span>Pirojpur Sadar Hospital Medical Officer Dr. Ranjan Kumar said that Bipul Mitra was brought to the hospital with both legs and right arm broken.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Eliza Zaman, the president of the school’s management committee, said she was present as the chief guest at a program organized at the school on Tuesday to mark Eid-e-Miladunnabi. She received news of the attack in the afternoon after returning home from the program.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In the recorded video posted on the Facebook<\/a>\u00a0of a critically injured\u00a0Bipul on the attack, he said that a retired teacher of the school named Mr. Akmal Hussein had threatened him a week ago that Akmal would take a hand on him. He then fearfully continued that he did not want to blame anyone and urged for his medical treatment. It can be noted that Akmal Hussein is a Muslim by religion whereas the victim is a Hindu.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Pirojpur Sadar Police Station OC (Officer in Charge) Md. Rabiul Islam said that the police went to the spot after receiving the information. However, no written complaint has been filed in this incident yet. Legal action will be taken if a complaint is received. What a BRUTAL HOKE the Police has played on the critically injured Hindu man despite the fact that the man has clearly spelled out the mastermind of this brutal attack.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
