On Wednesday, October 22, 2025, a\u00a0Hindu woman gave birth to a child through C-Section surgery at the local Seba Hospital in Domar Upazila of Nilphamari district in Bangladesh. She was bleeding profusely after the surgery but the surgeons did not take any effective measure to stop her bleeding caused by the surgery. The doctors basically let her bleed knowing the risk of death. Due the doctors’ inaction, the patient died right there due to excessive blood loss.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To cover up the matter, the hospital put the dead body in an ambulance and ordered the family to take her to Rangpur District Hospital which is a bigger hospital. As the patient’s family started crying & screaming blaming the doctors for their inaction resulting in her death, the on-duty physician Dr. Anul Haque who is a Muslim by religion threatened the grieving family saying “You are Hindus, what can you do?”.\u00a0Basically the doctor said that the Hindu family have no choice but to accept the murder of their family member in hospital as Hindus have no power to bring him to justice for killing the patient.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Clearly, the patient died due to the doctor’s negligence, but even then, when the doctor loudly threatened the victim family, “What can you do, you Hindus?”, then it is understood that the doctor intentionally killed the patient. The doctor is fully responsible for the young new mother’s death.\u00a0Hindu religious minority patients are now being refused treatment even by doctors leading to their death.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Since August 2024 with the regime change in Bangladesh, Hindu religious minorities are being often violently attacked and are safe nowhere in Bangladesh. The Muslim people, the hospitals, the judiciary, the police, and the military of Dr. Yunus government \u2013 all are working together in this expedited GENOCIDE of Hindus in Bangladesh.<\/span><\/div>\n

HUMAN RIGHTS ANALYSIS:\u00a0This is NOT an isolated murder.\u00a0<\/strong>It is a continuation of the systemic persecution of Hindu religious minorities in Bangladesh. It is the part & parcel of\u00a0 an expedited GENOCIDE of Hindus in Bangladesh since August 2024.\u00a0<\/strong>All forms of persecution including murder, looting, arson attack, land and property grabbing of Hindu religious minorities across Bangladesh continue unabated.\u00a0The extent of Hindu persecution has increased manifold with full support from Dr. Muhammad Yunus led government since the ouster of the previous Sheikh Hasina regime as of\u00a0August 5, 2024. Hindus, the native people of the land, are living in fear in their own ancestral country as the government is directly involved in denying the basic Human rights to Hindu people. We,\u00a0 the human rights activists at the HRCB, desperately urge the Chief of Bangladesh Government Dr. Muhammad Yunus, as well as the Western leaders who are the protectors of the human rights across the world, to help save the persecuted Hindu people of Bangladesh.<\/div>\n
