On Thursday, December 26 at 8:15 PM in the evening, a group of local Muslim men violently attacked and injured Hindu man Nitai\u00a0Bhowmik and his wife with knives and sticks. They then looted everything, all their wealth, from the house. The attack was led by Muhammad Titu\u00a0Swarnakar, son of\u00a0Muhammad\u00a0Yusuf Swarnakar, who are also residents of the same\u00a0Barkamta village located in Debidwar upazilla in Cumilla district.<\/p>\n

The perpetrators are yet to be arrested. As usual, Bangladesh news media has ignored to publish this violent incident. The current Bangladesh Government has basically expedited the Genocide of Hindus.<\/p>\n

Bangladesh Minority Watch, a Human Rights organization headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh, strongly condemns the attack and demands immediate arrest and maximum punishment of the terrorists.<\/p>\n

IMPORTANT NOTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Under the leadership of Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Dr. Muhammad Yunus with the ouster of the Sheikh Hasina government, Hindu religious minorities and Hindu temples are being attacked by majority Muslim extremists on a daily basis since August 5, 2024 across Bangladesh. Buddhists were attacked in September by Muslim extremists burning down more than 120 Buddhist businesses and a few Buddhists were killed. The victims in each and every attack either fled for life during the attacks or severely injured or killed.<\/p>\n

Bangladesh Government’s Law & Order enforcement and implementation departments namely Military force, Police force, and the Judiciary are aiding and abetting the Muslim extremists in all such attacks victimizing the victims further:<\/p>\n

  1. Military and Police forces have directly attacked Hindu people and Buddhist people.<\/li>\n
  2. Military force and Police force\u00a0 are playing the role of silent spectator encouraging the extremists to attack and lynch Hindus in their presence.<\/li>\n
  3. Muslim perpetrators are at large in almost all such attacks with a few exceptions.<\/li>\n
  4. Police have arrested Hindu men in some cases, remanded them, and published confessional statements in news media that the Hindu men confessed that they did the attacks.<\/li>\n
  5. Chittagong District Court has imprisoned Hindu leader Chinmoy Krishna Das and a large number of indiscriminately arrested Hindu men.<\/li>\n
